Heavy swirls all over my vehicle after they “ washed & detailed “ my vehicle. Front desk woman called at around 11 am on pick up day saying it will be ready by 3:30pm and that they were doing a wash + detail. I get there at 3:20pm and they want me to sign as soon as I got in. I said nah, I want to inspect the car first please prior to signing. She looked defensive and pulled her phone out and started texting someone quick. She then says they are going to need extra time to finish “ washing and detailing “ the vehicle. I waited for about an hour before my car was ready and noticed a lot wrong with it such as the paint fade on the black mirror caps along with the new swirls all over the paint. Looks like they washed improperly and there holograms on my paint from what looks like a improper buff.

Lady was fairly professional I’d give her that, but is misleading and dismissive, she was making comment about the cars repairs as if she was the mechanic . The male “inspector “ employed by ProColor was also dismissive and refused to fix the swirls + holograms claiming they “ didn’t even touch most the car” which is inaccurate as they themselves said they were washing + detailing
