Staff was all incredibly friendly. They left some issues the first time coming to pick it up, but made sure to correct it and it looked good! I felt it was accomplished in a timely fashion. I was upset that I had just washed and cleaned the inside of my car the same day it went into the shop, I got it back really dusty and dirty inside and some of the dust I still was struggling to get out with a vacuum. I wish I recieved it back as cleanly as when it was brought in.

I was sent an email that my car would be completed on July 1st. I explained to Buddy that I will receive my money on July 1st. My income is retirement. I needed to pay my $500 deductible on the 1st. Buddy competed my car on June 25th which made me turn I’m my rental. I was without transportation from June 25th until July 1st because of Buddy’s promise to me. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. Thank You

Buddy had me without transportation from June 25th until July the 1st. Buddy sent an email stating that my car completion would be July the 1st. I explained to him that is when I can pay my $500 deductible. I live on retirement which is deposited on the 1st. I had to turn in my rental car because of Buddy’s early completion. I was without transportation from June 25 th to July 1st. I felt like Buddy was dishonest sending me the completion date when we spoke about the date that I could pay the deductible. I sit in my home for that many days because of no transportation. Thank You

You guys were amazing. You took the car in, immediately got started on the estimate and submitted to insurance for us. You literally handled everything for my mother in-law and all she had to do was drop off and pick up. Not only that, every interaction that we had with your staff, you were kind to us as well.
