While I had no idea that. my car would be in your hands for two weeks, I understand that you had to order a bumper. And I appreciate very much your telling me that I wouldnât be happy if the bumper wasnât replaced. That made me feel like the proper repair of my car was important even if it meant a longer time with you. Your receptionist was so nice in keeping me âin the loopâ ⌠she took it upon herself to let me know what was happening when. While I hope to keep my car out of the repair shop, I know who to call if necessary⌠Phoenix!
