I was lied to so many times. I was not given updates. I kept telling them I needed my car back because the rental car time was almost up. It ran out so I had to walk to the car shop. I have health problems including painful leg problems but I had to walk for miles to get there. My whole experience was an ordeal - a terrible nightmare!
