My van had two separate body repairs needed, and they were near the same date of incident. One was insured, the other not. ProColor did estimate on both, took care of repairs, dealt with insurance and my personal costs; completed on day stated----and even secured pickup and delivery of rental car at their site. My first visit and they genuinely treated my as a continued customer. I understand that a "10" rating seems casual, but in ProColor's service level, a 10 rating in correct! I will recommend ProColor to others if needed, and if car body work is needed by me again, I will certainly return to them.
