In 1996, Steve Howard joined the team and worked his way through the shop before purchasing ProCraft in 2008. As a family-owned business, ProCraft's commitment to excellence continues with the next generation. Steve's daughter, Paige Stinger, joined the company in 2010 and became a shareholder in 2020. Deeply rooted in the Great Falls community, Paige is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer receives the highest quality repairs. Pro Craft staff were very professional as well as helpful in requesting additional insurance coverage for damage not originally identified. The staff kept me informed in order to complete the work in a reasonable time line and with updates. I would recommend them to others

No estimate of how long the repair would take before work was started. I would have liked to know my vehicle would not be done for 2-3 weeks.

The gal who took my estimate and I worked with had a very negative energy. She also seemed like She was an annoyed that she had to do something. When they vacuumed my vehicle and took all the stuff out they left in the bed of the truck. It rained and ruined the headphones for my rear DVD system. I had a scan tool for reading codes that got ruined amongst other thing. And finally they didn’t get my doors right on the driver side and now it sounds like the windows are always down, and didn’t reset my Tauna cover correctly.
