ProCraft Body & Paint has proudly served the Great Falls community for more than 35 years. In 1996, Steve Howard joined the team and worked his way through the shop before purchasing ProCraft in 2008. As a family-owned business, ProCraft's commitment to excellence continues with the next generation. Steve's daughter, Paige Stinger, joined the company in 2010 and became a shareholder in 2020. Deeply rooted in the Great Falls community, Paige is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every customer receives the highest quality repairs. New front bumper not the same as original. This one looks more sporty. Looks amazing. Cory was very helpful with my phone calls. He worked well with my insurance company. My insurance company praised Pro Craft for being a great company.

We think we perceive slightly more wind noise in the cabin. Visual looks good. We appreciate having the exterior all buffed & interior vacuumed.

The car largely looks great. There were some small issues that stood out but more than likely I'd give my recommendation.

There's a couple of spots that stood out to me. One looks like maybe paint drops. The other is a scratch in some plastic on my door. Positive it wasn't there before I dropped my car off. In any case I'm not too worried. The only other thing I can think of is that I think the alignment is still off but I'll call on that. Overall the repair looks great.

Paige, Steve, and Cory went way above and beyond to help me with my insurance company. Fit and finish were great. No overspray anywhere, body panel gaps were straight and even, paint was blended nicely. They even detailed the interior and exterior of my truck for me. Quality of repair was top notch.

Best service ever! Drove long distance and they stayed open for me even though it was after hours. Had a reservation with Enterprise and called them when I arrived at Procraft. Paige stayed with me and tried to call Enterprise also. Enterprise closed early that Friday and forgot about my reservation. Had to drive back home and find out what happened. Procraft was supportive through the entire process. Finally had new reservation and when I dropped off the vehicle, the process was super easy. They did an amazing job of communicating with me through the entire process. When I picked up my vehicle Corey was so proud to show it off and it was gorgeous. No evidence of the accident at all. Will definitely use them for all my bodywork needs. No wonder my insurance agent and dealership both recommended them!
