Tool marks were still left on the vehicle. A screwdriver was left in the trunk area and tape was left in the vehicle. Footprints were left in the vehicle both on the seats and on the carpet. Also plastic pieces did not line up. Rear bumper was not lined up correctly.

Vehicle was not ready on time. We had to refuse the vehicle twice to have obvious repairs completed. Vehicle was not even wiped down.
