We specialize in helping customers work through the auto collision claims experience with our in-house licensed insurance adjusters that can walk you through the claims experience helping make the process as seamless and easy as possible. Pronto Body Shop employees have over 40+ years in the Auto Collision Repair Industry and 20+ years in the Insurance Industry. We prefer to educate our customers so they are comfortable with the repair process and know their rights when dealing with an insurance claim. We just received the vehicle back this late afternoon at about 4:50pm mst. Small scratches on where new paint was applied, dents on new chrome pieces, and driverside door not aligned.
