We prefer to educate our customers so they are comfortable with the repair process and know their rights when dealing with an insurance claim. What can I say or better yet where should I start. I never felt more at ease knowing that my vehicle was in good hands. From the beginning of getting insurances involved Pronto made sure that I never stressed or hesitated at any point. Anything that I needed from my vehicle status to getting a hold of the other party insurance they took care of me.. Roger my assigned staff member would call or text me with any update or news regarding my vehicle. Seeing my vehicle be stored back to its original state made me very happy to know that the staff at pronto are truly the best, professional and their work is impeccable.

On inspecting car, saw that a detail had been ignored because of lack of adhesive. Learned that shop knew of this and would have let it slide if I had not noticed. Will take car in next week after adhesive has arrived.
