Pronto Body Shop employees have over 40+ years in the Auto Collision Repair Industry and 20+ years in the Insurance Industry. We prefer to educate our customers so they are comfortable with the repair process and know their rights when dealing with an insurance claim. From the beginninng to end it was a totally pleasant and stress free experience. I was amazed at the advocacy, caring, and professionalism of the organization on my behalf. When I was loosing hope dealing with another person's insurance company, Pronto stepped in and took over, even getting my rental car set up and driving me to and from. In the end my car was amazing... as good as new again in looks, feel, and even smell. Yes, smell. Don't ask. Thank you Pronto...may you soar with the eagles always...
