My car looks brand new! AND it was washed & detailed on the inside! Andrew was very helpful & polite in keeping me informed each time I called. It took 6 wks bc of wrong parts being sent a few times, so that was a little frustrating. That part of the whole process could use some improvement. But my car is finally back and looks beautiful! BONUS- my car is a 2022 & had a recall on the heat/ac seats from the very beginning bc of a computer chip shortage during Covid… well I finally have heated/ac seats! Woohoo! Just in time for winter 🤗. Thanks Prothro!

Overall looks good. But something is wrong with the hood. It doesn't sit flush. There are large gaps between hood, bumber, and side panels. I think the hood was bent a little from the accedent....Also the AC has not worked right since its been fixed. I live over 3hrs away so its not convenient for me to drive back.

I was satisfied with the quality of my damaged door. It just took a little longer than I was told to get my car back. Was told I would get my car back within a week in a half. But did not get back until a month later. Really was an inconvenience because I needed my car to get back and forth to work. So I had to borrow someone else car. That is why I could not give a 10. Other than that the quality of the work was good.
