Purdy Collision was amazing! They kept us updated at every step—from the initial quote to ordering parts and throughout the repair process. They took the time to explain the necessary repairs and conducted a thorough test of the repairs and electronics before returning the vehicle, which looked brand new and performed as if nothing had happened. I also appreciated the convenience of leaving the rental car with them, so we didn’t have to return it to Enterprise ourselves.

Communication was consistent, clear, and courteous. Every one I spoke to on the phone was pleasant and emails were sent on a regular basis. The process was simple from when my truck was towed away until I picked it up, that along with handling the return of the rental made the time after the accident much better and easier to deal with. The quality of the work is outstanding, definitely cannot tell the vehicle was just involved in an accident. Thank you to everyone at Purdy Collision for making a difficult situation much better, I am glad that I chose Purdy to fix my Ram truck!
