All the staff are exceptional! I was kept up-to-date without asking. Totally within the schedule discussed. The work was beyond perfect it looked brand spanking new. They handled all the paperwork directly with the insurance company. I literally did nothing but drop my vehicle off. Highest recommendation possible.

John kept me informed about the progression of work being done in my car! On my first phone call with a representative I was told the the work would be done within 2 weeks unless other new problems with car repairs occurred. When I brought the car in for repair I than was told that the work would take 3 weeks Not 2 wks like I was told! That was a disappointment!!!
