The collision dept staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have however not received a statement despite being told one would be sent to me. I only deal with Purvis because of the excellent job they do.

Looks like they took care of things pretty well.

The main problem was the frame. I am not knowledgeable about frames so I cannot give a grade on something I am not knowledgeable about. The parts that were not frame related are just fine.

The front of the car that was repaired looks like a new car. I can’t believe that the paint job matched perfectly for a 2009. I’m very impressed. I would highly recommend Purvis Ford.
