Satisfied overall. Timing could have been shorter considering the actual repairs. The final total was very much higher than estimate and they couldn't articulate what additional work was actually done or why it was higher. Not a huge deal as a consumer covered by insurance, but I imagine the payor should have questions. Lastly, a couple items were incomplete when I picked up (piece of trim removed and not replaced, just sitting in my trunk, and compound glue on bumper needed to be cleaned off). Again, overall service was good and work was completed adequately.

Service and quality are excellent. Updates for completion date were given and if it weren't for the Christmas Holidays, right on target. Customer Service was great and my car is as good as new (I hope).
