It took 2.5 months to get the car fixed (8 weeks before we could bring the car in, then 3 weeks for the repair). The original estimate was 2 weeks to complete the repair, but they had to order another part, adding a week. When I picked up the car, 1) 2 bolts were missing from the license plate holder, 2) the molding was popping up from the door, and 3) the side view mirror was jiggling. The following day, we brought the car back to fix the mirror, but after 2 attempts it still wasn’t fixed. Also, the alignment is off. This is the worst experience I’ve had with an auto body shop.

My experience on this event was amazing as the car looked and drove like it came off the showroom floor. Dan, Valerie, Mike, Kim, Jasmine from Quality auto body and the rest of the crew (along with the team from MINI) were all so helpful and kept me up to date on all of the developments as the delays were stemmed from the supply chain at the MINI factory. I couldn't ask for a better repair as everything was perfect. When i come here every experience tops the previous one, hopefully this is my last time. Thank you
