The customer service could be a lot better. I always had to call to get information. They never called with any updates or change. If I didn't call, I wouldn't know what was going on.

The car was dropped off with nearly 500 miles less than when it was picked up. The paint protection that was placed on the car had to be removed twice and finally installed privately.
