I am unhappy with the folowing: my car was delivered back to me unsafe in that the drivers side turning signal was not working...I made three calls to Quality.. and a text message and I received no communication back from quality...I had to ask lexus to help me, and although they were NOT the same company, they helped me....I felt that the car was kept too long, over a month to fix the rear bumper which fell off after a very hard blow from the other car....Accordingly, there was rental car fees changed to me over the 30 day rental allowance...Communication was minimal...I felt it shopuld have been better....I am not sure if I would use them again....I felt too much complacently on the part of Quality as to his association with Ray Catena vechiles. .
