We were pleased the repair was done in the time they said it would be. We were hoping for more communication as far as what the repairs entailed and why the estimates changed. We appreciated getting the pdfs but we’re not always able to open them or understand them. A human contact would have been great. We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the vehicle upon return. We were told it would be cleaned and vacuumed on the inside. Maybe the front seat floor was vacuumed but that was it. Cleaning it all would have been pretty simple.

Everyone was great. We had 3 estimates Jon Ross was the most thorough by far of the 3 estimates only thing he didn’t do was give me a quote on a small dent on tail gate. No big deal all in all he was great
