I gave you my cell number to contact and you sent a text to my land line saying car was done two days prior to me calling wondering if it was as done. I got into the car when leaving and thought I smelled smoke in car. Two others have been in the car and both could smell smoke. My guess is that whoever was working inside the car was a smoker and it set in the car. My son opens the glove box and the door fell straight down. He said there were a couple of rubber stops in the glovebox that weee not in place. I believe he fixed it himself.

Was taken in with no dash warning lights on. Key warning light was on when I picked it up. They were informed and offered to do a diagnostic on it. They said if it was their fault they would take care of it. Then I looked real good at the front bumper that was replaced by them and noticed a broken piece of plastic secured to the underside of the bumper. Called and sent pictures. They also agreed to fix it. The issue is that 1. Warning light was on when I picked it up and 2. They never even finished fixing my car. I used to always recommend Quality Auto Body to everyone. I am sad to say that I am saying good bye and finding someone else to do my body work.

My only complaint (minor though it is) is that cleaning the floor mats removing accumulated salt and snow debris would have been a nice touch and greatly appreciated.
