Unfortunately, the repair took longer than I was initially informed, and I was surprised to discover there were two deductible payments that I had not been made aware of prior to proceeding with the work. Had I known in advance about these additional payments, I would have definitely chose a different shop that could cover the deductible costs. I believe that fostering positive relationships with customers is crucial for repeat business and positive word-of-mouth. I hope you can consider working more closely with clients regarding such matters in the future to enhance their experience.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your shop. After facing delays in the repair process, I was disheartened to learn about the two deductible payments without prior notice. What frustrated me further was the dismissal of my concerns regarding these costs. I believe that addressing customer worries and attempting to find a resolution can significantly enhance the overall experience. Unfortunately, this was not my experience, and I felt my concerns were overlooked. As a result, I will not be returning to your shop, nor will I be recommending your services to others unless this situation is addressed. I hope you will consider taking steps to improve communication and customer relations moving forward.
