Owners Charlie Johnson and his son, Charlie Jr., provide top-level work that has resulted in return business throughout the years. In 2009, a brand-new, state-of-the-art, 6,000 square-foot facility was built to handle more vehicles and provide the latest in automotive repair technology. Charlie's Quality Auto Collision also offers full mechanic repairs on all makes and models. You have no idea that the vehicle has not been returned to me and you’ve been sending me these messages for five days just because Allstate says that the vehicle has been returned to me and the case is closed

I find it very annoying that you keep sending me these text messages when I haven’t even gotten my vehicle back it is still in the shop being repaired between you and Allstate. This is probably the worst service repair I have ever had done to any of my vehicles. Instead of using your machines, you should try a little personal contact and maybe you would know what was going on
