My car was in the shop for a total of 17 days. I still have scratches all over my car. The communication was poor. My progressive app said my vehicle was finally ready. Went to the shop and it was not ready. They didn’t take accountability for that. Was there for 8 more days. After my complaint, I was being notified of the progress of my vehicle.

My trunk sounds horrible when closing. It shouldn't sound like an old squeaking door. The rubber gasket on the left side is also frayed
