Quality Collision is definitely a top notch collision group in NW Arkansas. I had an encounter with a deer in my 2022 S-Class 580 and damaged my hood, head lamp and grille with all the sensors/cameras. Quality Collision surely delivered. At first glance you’d want to compare and contrast with the bigger brand groups. Even though Quality Collision has been around for over 40 years. I asked the insurance company to set me up with the highest rated group in town and they surely connected me with another collision group. However after going back and forth over the reviews of 3 other well known collision groups and comparing those against Quality Collision I still felt like I needed to do more research. I decided to turn to AI. And AI suggested that repairs on my 2022 S Class 580 would probably be completed much faster, with manufacturer quality if I went with Quality Collision. The best part of Quality Collision compared to others are, they are not only Mercedes certified and are not a chain but a small family owned business with lots of experience to compete with the big corporate brands. They are i-Car Gold Shop, with I-CAR and ASE certified techs. They have a fast OEM-spec repair with owner oversight. They do essentially everything on site and don’t have to outsource. This includes frame, body work, paint and refinish, aluminum certified, ADA calibrations for sensors. This is what ultimately sold me is the fact that they don’t have to outsource to other dealerships for certain things. The fact that everything related to repairs is pretty much done in one location. From the very beginning they were very welcoming, patient with me, explained everything in detail, and family oriented. Surprisingly to my amazement my OEM parts were ordered and car was fixed and ready for pickup under 2 weeks. They were in network with my insurance and there were no hassles as communication went smoothly between all parties. I am very pleased at the work that was done with precision, efficiency and care. My car looks perfect. And everything they did is under warranty for as long as I own the car. I give Quality Collision 5 stars and more if I could.
