The work was fine but it took over a week longer than I was told. That would of been ok if they would of communicated with me about it. Wasn’t happy with that.

The bumper is still broken from right corner where deer hit, the roof is leaking upper right side of windshield, where it was repaired... my vehicle was not locked up during the two months you had it, passengers side seat is cut/leather seat, all codes were not cleared when I asked about this I was told .. go ahead and take it to someone else because I can't figure out how to clear them...my car is acting like the electrical is damage(could that be because the doors were left unlocked and passenger door was wide open?) There is more mileage on my car than there should have been, did someone use it during the 2 months it took to fix it? I only used your shop because my ins said you were there pro shop, I believe service was very unprofessional and inefficient, and technicians just didn't car or were unqualified to do the work....who delivers a finished vehicle with 2 low tires and check engine light on and work not finished after two months of possession

They got me in immediately late in the afternoon when I pulled in to try to fix my car. When they weren't able to fit it they ordered the part and got it fixed as soon as the part came in. I only needed a seat belt replaced, but when I picked up my car, it was cleaned from top to bottom, inside and out. They went above and beyond my expectations. Highly satisfied, and will continue to recommend! Great work!

Just two minor repairs needed the windshield washer isn't working and the tire pressure monitoring system isn't as well. I stopped by today and they are going to remedy the situation soon. The total repair looks excellent and the interior detail is great except for the two hiccups I have absolutely no complaints. Thanks very much. Andy.
