Not sure how to rate it but I have a red tow hook in front that is scratched and before crash it wasn’t. I thought everything would be brand new again. Never been pulled out , or stuck for that matter, or pulled anything with that truck and no scratches on tow hooks or hitch would show that to whoever I sell it to but now it’s scratched and I’ve been busy it would like to have a new one put on. 616-894-1227

Brand new Fog light wasn’t working and the template where it clicks isn’t strapping right to the bumper. The hood on one side was very off aligned with the grill. Need to go back. Parts took very long to get in for repairing and car wasn’t ready on time.

They were helpful and accommodating, but my vehicle was not repaired, deemed a total loss

Perhaps it was just timing, but a week after I got a call that they were considering totaling the vehicle I had to call QCS to get the status. I did not get a follow up call that is would not be repaired.

Everyone one is very nice. There was no communication at all. I only received a call when my car was done, only to get there and it is not ready.

After repairs were done, back up camera does not work, but they are trying to rectify the issue. Also have been back in twice for minor repair fix which they have been very prompt to try and fix.
