Zach and the team did an amazing job on getting my car fixed after a little love tap from a deer on an icy morning messed up my hood and bumper. They were able to fix my car way before the estimated finish time. The crew was also very nice and accommodating with all my questions and concerns. Definitely recommend them to everyone around!

Both times I arrived to pick up my vehicle the first concern was that the deductible be collected prior to seeing the vehicle and accepting the repair. The last time I came to pick up the vehicle it was the same experience. The vehicle was pulled out of the garage and I was unable to inspect the repairs due to terrible cold and snow. After arriving home and spending time reviewing the vehicle, I found that the rocker panel that was replaced is not fully installed. Unlike previous experiences, this was not a satisfactory result.

Both times I arrived to pick up my vehicle the concern was collecting the deductible opposed to ensuring the vehicle was repaired as expected. First time, I requested to see the vehicle first and found the rocker was still damaged. This pushed out the pick up of the vehicle another week. The second time I arrived to pick up the vehicle the deductible was again the first thing brought up. The vehicle was pulled outside while I was paying the deductible. Due to the weather at that point I was unable to entirely review the vehicle to ensure it was completed as expected. I brought the vehicle home and noticed while in my barn the rocker panel does not look to be fully installed.

Very professional. Got us in quickly, painless, and polite. Received E-mail with details of repairs to be done, quote, and link to use for progress and updates. A notice came thru the link of a price adjustment, already approved by insurance. Notified a week early that our Jeep was done ! Come and get it lookin good in the afternoon sun. Told us the care and cautions of new paint, paid in full and done. Thank you
