When my wife picked up our vehicle it was making a ticking noise from the motor that was not doing that when we dropped the car off and when my wife asked about it they made her feel like she was stupid!

Everything was satisfactory , just one tiny thing when you said my car was done on 4th but it wasn’t . And you kept it till 7th my insurance company stopped paying my rental .fyi for future clients . I took care of it by calling my insurance company . But maybe there is something you can do on your end in a future situation .
