Everything was real easy, very seamless. The people there arranged everything. Got the damaged car in for repair immediately, sent me to get a rental, followed up with the insurance company to cover the rental after the agent was out for the day, and I was able to dump the rental back with them when complete on the second business day. Everything worked easy and quick and painless
