Fender bender but it was not even bender. Scratch. Someone made a nasty scratch but after the repair it looks like nothing has happened to that area. Also surprised pleasantly that my car was vacuumed. That was extremely nice. And the funny part for me was that the frame for my front license plate was replaced with Quentin shop frame. What am i? A free marketing lol. Overall highly satisfied and would highly recommend the place.

I really like the work that they are doing. They are very professional and deeply respectful to they clients. However, I still have a noise in the front wheels. when I drive on the highway it gets louder.

Super happy with the work done on the car. The only thing is that I ended up noticing a few spots where there were patches of what looked like grease. Even on the passenger seat.

Repair looks good. The ONLY disappointment was when I found out the replacement fender was NOT OEM but an after market part. Fortunately, both Quenton and State Farm have what I might call 'lifetime' warranty on replacement parts. Insurance quality was not what I expected but I guess it might be better than a recycled part from an auto wrecking yard.

Since I am orthopedically handicapped and the outside temperature last week was hovering around 100 degrees F. it was not safe for me to take two busses to get to the repair dhop. I was hoping I could get picked up from near Brooklyn College to the shop to pick up the completed repair. State Farm has indicated that might have been possible.
