It took over 6 weeks and nearly $20k to fix my car and it’s still broken. The tailgate stopped closing 2 days later. The car was returned not clean and full of debris and hand prints on the light headliner from the installation. They left my car door open over night and drained my battery to nothing and they didn’t tell us (the app for my car told me). The communication with them was horrible. They couldn’t give us a time frame. When they did it was wrong and they didn’t feel the need to update us. They oversprayed on part of the car that was suppose to be removed before painting. And they made sure my husband signed off on payment the payment form to the insurance company before any work was done on the car basically committing fraud! While the body work and paint look good we are completely dissatisfied with the experience and do not even trust them to fix the issue with the tailgate.

Communication sucked the entire time. No time frame was given. When we were told it was going to be another day it was a week with zero contact as to what the hold up was.

Took a long time to fix my car. The repairs were double the initial quote. What was told to me how the repair was going to happen was different then what took place. Driver side mirror came back broken. Driver side door sounds hollow. Rear panel paint has some spots that are not good.

Tyler was great the other girl in the front office did not handle phone calls well . She would tell me she would call me back but never did after she had to speak to someone in the back very poor correspondence.
