Motorized scooter T-boned side of the two passenger doors. I called my insurance company. Ferraro’s was on their trusted list. I chose these guys based on the positive ratings in the Google. Joe quickly looked over the car and handled the intake paperwork, which was a breeze. Accident happened in the morning, and I dropped off my car same-day (Monday at 4:30 pm). I get a call from Tony Wednesday at 2 pm. The car was ready within 48 hours. The work was as good as new. I dropped off my car rental across the street at the Enterprise facility. Tony went the extra mile and drove my car to Enterprise to save me a walk back to the shop. What a guy! Even the staff at Enterprise tell me that Tony is the best. The place is a family-run shop. Communication was good. They do a really nice job and represent their family well.
