Overall, a very positive experience. The car looks like new again, the repair was swift and I appreciate the communication from Tony's along the way. One small item, the fact that my license plate frames (both front and back) were replaced with Tony's branded ones feels weird and a little presumptuous.

Tony's is the best! Absolute 5 star service, Sal and Rob were so kind and communicative throughout the whole process. When I went to pick up my car, they even let me know it had been fully cleaned and detailed, which I hadn't expected. Their attention to detail and consideration for their customers is unmatched, and if I ever need my car serviced again, I will definitely be coming to Tony's. They made a very unfortunate situation as enjoyable as possible!
