Anthony, the owner of R. Ferraro Collision, was super responsive from the moment I called him. The tow truck showed up after the shop closed to tow my car to his place and he gave me his cell phone number to let him know when the car was on the way and he went back to the shop. He updated me daily aboute the progress of my car. The car was ready days before schedule. It’s an EV that he also fully charged before pick up. It was also washed! Customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend.

Amazing work. Car was returned to me in Good As New condition EARLY! Anthony was professional, courteous, and he hustled to get my car back to me as soon as possible. I hope I don’t need to go back, but if I ever need any body work done in the future, I will absolutely head to R. Ferraro.

Anthony did a great job helping me and fixing up my car. I ran into an issue with the rental car company and Anthony did such a good job in helping me with dealing with that issue. He listened to my grievances and was understanding. He was extremely communicative and quick. My car was repaired just a few days after arriving at his shop. Thank you for the great service!

The work was done within the expected time frame and delivered on the date they proposed. The team kept us updated with emails and phone calls regarding the status. The day the car was completed, we were out of town and were concerned about Ferraro closing a 5pm. They kept the location open a little later to accommodate us. Joe was extremely nice and we would definitely refer their services to others.
