I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and professional greeting I received from Anthony when I arrived to drop my car off on March 22nd. He was helpful and courteous. Additionally I was updated on the progress of my repair which was greatly appreciated. However, the icing on the cake was my repair was estimated to be completed on April 1st and I got a call from Anthony on March 26th telling me my vehicle was ready for pickup. He stayed back after closing to ensure I got my vehicle and inquired if I was satisfied. Anthony went over and beyond in what I would consider exceptional customer service. Overall the repair and paint job look great and no one would ever know my car got hit. I noticed after driving my vehicle home though that the exhaust pipes are about 4-5 inches below where they should be/originally were before the accident. My car is a lease so unfortunately I think the dealer will take note of this when I return it

Joe and everyone were super helpful and responsive, very friendly and feel like you can trust them. My only feedback is that I had to call a few times to check on the status of my car- it wasn’t ready until 1 week after they told me it would be (I know it’s out of their control because they had trouble getting a part) but I had to call to check in vs them calling me

The work was done well which is important. Communication around timing was the reason for the lower score. A couple of dates were communicated and each time the car wasn't ready which was a bit frustrating.

My car was done faster than Anthony promised, when I saw how great the car looked I was impressed at how quick and great it looked. I was hesitant to bring my car because I need my car. Anthony directed me to the rental place and I was back in my car quicker than expected and the work was as good as new!! Thanks Anthony you will have a customer for life!
