Refused to accept that the oil cooler was damaged in the accident.. spilling oil and engine light is on.. the vehicle was not like that prior to accident.. Steven was very rude and dismissive to my wife when she dropped the car off complaining about the smell of something burning.. sharing via social media everywhere

Very pleased with the job you did on my truck! I don't wish damage on anybody's vehicle, but if it happens, they HAVE to take it to R & R. Looks amazing, it was repaired the correct way with quality work (not just covered up or bandaided back together), was done in the time promised, and the communication with me during the whole process was great. Even vacuumed and cleaned the inside better than it was when I dropped it off (yeah, i noticed and appreciated that!). It felt like I was getting a brand new vehicle. I cannot praise all the folks at R & R enough to express my gratitude! And I will be singing those praises to everyone I can! Thank you so much!

He is very particular and pays close attention to every little detail. He made sure everything was repaired correctly and looked good. Melissa and Jessie were great at communicating with me and keeping me up to date about the repair process. My truck was completed quickly and everyone I talked to was extremely nice and friendly. Thank you to all R&R employees, including the ones behind the scenes in the shop, for a job well done.
