I had to call them for updates on vehicle completion. Had to call twice to check on status of vehicle because estimated date of return was not met. However body work off vehicle was great. No issues at this time.

Due to the length of time originally told the vehicle would be ready and the length of time it was actually ready. Wrong color of emblem was ordered and installed after being told repeatedly, in the beginning, the color of the emblem on the truck and it was observed by an employee the color of the emblem. Overspray is noted on the truck that shouldn’t be there. Recall wasn’t completed as promised.
