I will actively recommend against this shop for the remainder of my life. A REPAIR SHOP THAT CANT PERFORM REPAIRS IS USELESS.

Rachels failed at all aspects of this transaction. Rachels owner Rus lied about the shop’s capabilities for repairs of mechanical systems on a diesel vehicle. Mark was my representative POC for most of the process and he failed at ordering the proper parts, didn’t communicate the PNs ask requested, refused to speak with my legal team, lied to the insurance company about status of the repair, refused to communicate an ETA, failed to provide a detailed invoice of the work performed, and mislead both the customer and the insurance adjuster/inspector. This shop should have their license pulled as they are a disgrace to the automotive repair industry.
