Called & told you were ready to work on car, but couldn't tell me if all the parts were in nor an estimate on how long I'd have to leave it. Told I'd be called back. Never was. Told it would be ready Fri, then Mon or Tues. Nope... Finally pick up day & was rebuked by girl who said she'd told me to bring $500 deductible that day. I never was, nor was I asked to pay it day of estimate or drop off, or I would have then... and finally, (after paying deductible) & entering car find you tore my front leather seat on the seam. And, that there is a scrape along R side door that was not there nor part of the accident. Not coming back. Certainly not recommending either.
