Girls were good. Russell was fine. Didn’t return most phone calls and keep me up to date. Employee; Chris is a total bullshitter and lier. Typical car salesman personality. They should get rid of him.

Af first I was VERY dissatisfied! After picking up my car and driving it home, there was a loud humming noise that had me ready to trade my car in for a new one. So I decided to take the car to my Mechanic, Theresa, at Theresa’s Garage, and as soon as I told her about the noise, she mentioned that it sounds like my bearing and she took the car for a drive. After returning she said to return the car to Rachel’s and let them know about the noise so that they can fix it, especially if it’s in the area where the car was hit. I came by and Russell took the car for a drive with another mechanic. He came back and said that they didn’t hear anything but from my description it could be the bearing. 🤔 So Chris, took the car for a drive with me and as soon as we started driving he heard the humming sound. I was thrilled because I thought I was starting to lose my sanity. 🤪 Chris is an absolute genius when it comes to cars. The man is simply fascinating and should be teaching. I would love to see him and Theresa run a business together. They both have so much energy that there wouldn’t be any need for coffee ☕️ at that facility 😵💫. Well Chris ordered the part that day and told me to bring the car in for the day. When I drove my Fit home, the annoying humming sound was gone, and my Silver Bullet was back! I was very happy 😃 and it was all because of Chris. Thank you Chris and you are absolutely AWESOME 👏
