There was a privacy screen on the back window that was making strange noises. I already told Luis on day one. Yet it was never fixed. Luis said they “messed” with it and it appeared it be fixed. But when I went to pick up the car, that was the first thing I tested and it never was fixed. I purposely went at 1:30pm to make sure it wasn’t during lunch hours yet he wasn’t there. I had to call him because no one was in the office including Francis. Then he told me he had to calculate the deductible costs I had to pay but the accident wasn’t my fault which I told him. His reply was “oh ya”.

Everything else was fine. The bumper and trunk were repaired very well. wever I did notice the interior of the car was not cleaned too well. There were many chalk like foot prints on the rug.

Good repair work was completed and a nice wash was given upon pickup. I would recommend an improvement in attention to detail and claim organization. Incorrect parts were ordered and installed which delayed the targeted completion time from 2-3 weeks to 7 weeks since the alignment test failed. There was also a 70 mile addition to the odometer. I am not sure how far away the partnering auto shops (alignment) are, but 70 miles on a V8 truck isn’t cheap and seemed excessive.

I will rate my satisfacción to 5 in this scale because it takes one week for the body shop to partially repair my car, there is an extra part that needs to be installed and I will have to came back. Besides that it was one window replacement and a small scratch that takes 5 days.
