The front desk attendant was very professional when I dropped off the car. However, the communication regarding the completion of the work was less satisfactory. I also requested that the appraiser provide an estimate for some scratches, but this was not done. Overall, i was satisfaced with the experience.

I had a great experience getting my Tesla repaired here. The team did a very detailed and professional job, it looks like new! Despite State Farm refusing to approve a rental car, the shop went above and beyond to help me out and worked quickly to get my car back to me as soon as possible. I really appreciate their support and efficiency. Highly recommended!
