My car never squeaked or made noise. After I picked up my car from rainbow it squeaky. Very loud and I hate driving the car. Rainbow assured me that my car would be returned to me in the condition it was in before the accident. Both visually and the way it drives. However, it was returned to me a squeaky mess. When I brought it back to rainbow I’m told it’s a know. Tesla problem and take it to Tesla. But the car was doing this before the accident. I’m so extremely disappointed. After the rainbow repair I hate driving my car. It’s not the same as before and I regret taking it to rainbow. Also when I initially came to rainbow and agreed they would do the work, I was told the parts would take a long time. I was told the parts would be ordered that day and I would receive an email. When I didn’t receive the email from Tesla I called rainbow. I was assured my parts had been ordered but I think I was not told the truth. My parts were not ordered until five days later when I called to complain that I had not received the email.

My parts were not ordered in a timely manner and I was returned a car that squeaky and loud that it turns heads when I drive it. I’m so disappointed that after seven weeks of waiting for parts and the repair to be completed…that I still have to deal with getting my car repaired. Rainbow doesn’t care about its customers. They got paid and could care less about how my car drives or my satisfaction. I hate driving my car and I’m very unhappy.

Rainbow Paintabd Body did an outstanding job with my Trla Model S, for considerably less than others quoted. and finished the job exactly on the day the committed for completion. The enterprise is run by the son of the founder, who is respecctful trustworthy and very customer satisfaction oriented. The speed of the leader is the speed of the pack. The employees live up to the leaders very high standards.
