The paint stripes on my truck were painted on from the factory (OEM) NJM estimate from Ralph’s auto Body says stripes would be painted on, the tape is not secure at the ending. I’m not satisfied with the pin stripe tape. OEM quality is Better. William

Good morning, I have no real problems with the work that Ralph Body Shop did for me. The pin stripe is very minor issue to me ,not Major at all. They are the best body shop that i have encountered thanks to you NJM. I have an appointment date for them to re do the Pin stripping. When I received the first email survey i made a mistake thinking and not noticing the survey was from NJM.if i realized the survey was not from Ralph Body shop i may have no mention the pin stripe minor issue. I appreciate NJM and Ralph’s Body shop they are the best in my opinion Regards William

Amazing job. My car was only a few months old before the accident. Ralph’s did an amazing job. It’s just like new. The gaps, the paint match etc are all excellent.

They kept us up to date with the progress with both cars and have been very respectful when we spoke to anyone there from the front office to the body guy trying daily to get my parts needed to repair my cars. I just wish that Chrysler would be as accommodating to their customers as Ralph's has tried to be.
