Performed work w/o my consent. Used A/M CAPA parts when requested OEM. I found OEM parts cheaper than estimated A/M CAPA and Edward stated he needed to upcharge me to MSRP if he was going to purchase or I could buy parts myself and he wouldn't warranty them. Told my insurance the work was completed to receive payment however the work has not been completed. I was asked to look at the work RCA already performed w/o my consent and the new panel/bumper that was freshly painted had scratches throughout like it was taken off a different vehicle. Hood and panel gaps not even. I asked Edward who approved all of this and he admitted that he did. I asked him if this was acceptable and he stated no. So why am I dealing with this? Still don't have my car and now in fear of retaliation being done to it since I told my insurance I want a different shop to perform the work.

My 2007 Cadillac DTS looks showroom perfect: brand new! Completely repaired in one week - in one Saturday out the next. Not only was their craftsmanship exquisite but they kept in touch with me daily, so no worries about surprises. First the Mercury Insurance adjuster Leo, then Marie in the office who made a perfect schedule, to Dario the owner who met me both in and out times I was treated like a friend.
