My 2007 Cadillac DTS looks showroom perfect: brand new! Completely repaired in one week - in one Saturday out the next. Not only was their craftsmanship exquisite but they kept in touch with me daily, so no worries about surprises. First the Mercury Insurance adjuster Leo, then Marie in the office who made a perfect schedule, to Dario the owner who met me both in and out times I was treated like a friend. Everyone at RCA collision was amazing. They’re incredibly kind and patient. My car looked pretty much brand new when I picked it up. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them. Especially while dealing with insurance haggling. I highly recommend their work and will probably be going here for any future repairs.
