Rancho Art collision has always been very excellent with their service as well as the workmanship that they’ve done. The girls in the office are very nice all the time and that gentleman that helped my friend with her low air tire was going above and beyond. She her tire was low and he noticed it and so he helped her put air in it so she wouldn’t be driving on it with no air. Thank you for everything 😊

The only thing that I slightly but not terribly upset about is that there seemed to be not enough communication between the office staff. Mixed messages and updates from more than one office person with different messages. 😕

I wish they would have told that the bummer would need to be painted. We had the part order so my car would not be in the shop so many days. If I knew I would have had them paint it before we brought the car in
