I brought my Prius in after being hit and was obviously not thrilled. I was referred by my insurance company and had no idea what to expect. From the time I walked in and talked to the positive, friendly office staff to the appraiser and body people. I was just instantly in a good mood every time I went in or someone called to update me. I’m kinda glad this all happened because now I know where to go if I ever need any body work. I wish they worked on human bodies, I’d look like a super model without doing anything!! 🤣🤣 Thank you Rancho Collision what a great experience and thank you for detailing my car too! It’s never looked better!!
