I have no complaints about the quality of the work. My new bumper looks fantastic, the paint is perfect. But, I wasn’t too thrilled to watch one of the techs attempt to drive my car into their shop yard. It’s a stick, with a sensitive clutch and a lot of torque, and I have an expensive exhaust system. This guy revved my engine to hear the exhaust, and tried to dump the clutch with a smile on his face. He bucked it and messed the gear engagement up. Absolutely no respect for a customer car, and undoubtedly caused extra wear and stress in my driveline with that move. Maybe get competent, respectful guys who can handle a clutch to move the cars around instead.
